Wills - Children

You can provide for children, stepchildren and grandchildren in a Will either individually or collectively. Many of our Clients think that 18 is too young for children to inherit a relatively large sum of money. We can specify in your Will the age you would like them to inherit and make sure that the money can be used for their maintenance and education in the meantime. You can also name the people who you would like to be your children’s guardians. Remember that if you are not married to the mother of your children you may not have ‘parental responsibility’ (see FAQ).
