You can provide for
children, stepchildren and grandchildren in a Will either individually
or collectively. Many of our Clients think that 18 is too young for
children to inherit a relatively large sum of money. We can
specify in your Will the age you would like them to inherit and make
sure that the money can be used for their maintenance and education in
the meantime. You can also name the people who you would like to be
your children’s guardians. Remember that if you are not married to
the mother of your children you may not have ‘parental responsibility’
(see FAQ).
