Where a Will contains a Trust it is very important that, when needed, the Trust is properly established and managed otherwise the beneficiaries of the Trust and the family trustees may suffer. We have arrangements with a number of organisations that provide Trust management services at very competitive rates who can be named in a Will and who will step aside at no cost if family Executors do not want to use their services.
